I was brand loyal. WAS! Before Christmas I was given an opportunity to try I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (Yes, people laughed at me that I never had before). I decided to not get all fancy and just got the original spread. The first time I tried it was when making rice crispy treats. I was shocked how much it really tasted like butter. The treats were awesome! The texture is also very similar to butter and doesn't leave that oily feeling in your mouth when eaten on toast.
So I guess what I said in my first statement was a lie. I am brand loyal, just to a new brand I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
