I have been working on my weight for a while now. After quitting smoking and 9 kids I have put on A LOT of weight. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try this and even more thrilled that IT WORKED!!! I have already lost 5 pounds.
I am taking one pill a day since this is a powerful cleansing system. One pill is working well so I'm not messing with a good thing. I feel great the morning after taking them and feel even better knowing they are all natural. It is detoxing my body which is a huge plus considering all the bad things we put in our bodies. A good detox is always a huge plus. 
The pills are just the right size to make them easy to take. They aren't those giant horse pills like some other weight loss pills. They also aren't so small that they spill all over. They don't have a nasty smell or taste, nor do they leave an after taste. Just an overall perfect pill that isn't a challenge to keep up on taking.
I am so glad I took the Skinny Jane Challenge. I can't wait to see what will happen in the next few weeks since I am already feeling so much better! It's natural and safe. It doesn't get any better than that!
