Probiotics are essential to me maintaining a healthy gut. I have had so many issues in the past with my stomach, but not since going on probiotics. My overall health has improved dramatically as well.
I don't get heartburn nearly as often nor do I have gas as much. I go to the bathroom better.
The pills are just the right size to take comfortably. They aren't too big nor too small. They don't have a nasty after taste. This makes them easy to make part of my daily routine.
Overall a great product.
