Review: Terry Treetop Saves The Dolphin by Tali Carmi

I love books that not only entertain children, but teach them. Tali Carmi is an autho that has the ability to do both. She is quickly becoming my favorite early reader author. Her books are consistently good and educational.

Terry Treetop loves to climb trees and look around for far distances. One day he notices some dolphins and wants to play with a baby one he calls Dido. Dido isn't afraid of him, but trouble soon comes when Dido gets close to the dock where Terry is standing. Can Terry get help in time to save the baby dolphin?

The book kept myself and my son turning the pages. He couldn't wait to see what would happen next. We took time to point out different things on each page as the illustrations were great. We loved seeing Terry become a hero and get to have fun in the end, My son and myself love book where children become hero's. The words were easy for young readers and the book had a great flow to it.

I would recommend this book for children ages 3-7 and it would be a great addition to any homeschooling curriculum.

I received this book free for review. All opinions are my own.
