Country Bob's Review
We love Bar-q-que, that's an understatement. There is only a few months in a year when we can cook out (unless we want to stand in 3 feet of snow when cooking). We bar-b-que so often we are always looking for ways to spice up our meals. We found it in Country Bob's Sauce.
It's multi-purpose which is great in our house. A few of the kids loved it on steak, some on fries, one even tried it on potatoes (her logic good on fries then good on potatoes). It's not o thick nor to watery. It is perfect for marinating or dipping. It far surpasses most bar-b-que and steak sauces on the market right now.
The flavor is not over bearing and doesn't overpower the dish itself. We grilled steaks after marinading them in Country Bob's Sauce and it enhanced the meat rather than taking away from it like many marinades do. The flavor was in the meat and didn't cook off on the grill.
Country Bob's Sauce is a product made with love and faith. I love the logo on the side of their bottle that says: Christ is our CEO. Did I mention the packaging is great too! I have this thing about bottles. If it has a cool look I will put it up on the shelf! Their recipe books also come with scriptures, how cool is that?
I know your family will love Country Bob's Sauce as much as mine did. There are limitless possiblities to what you can make with it. County Bob's has a ton of recipes at http://www.countrybobs.com/blog/cat/cooking-with-ken/ or try mine below.
