I love to do crossfit. It gives me an awesome workout and really helps get my heart pumping. I was excited to try this jump rope as it looked great and it really was.
The handles are easy to grip and my hands don't slip off. The rope moves smoothly and doesn't get caught up. I can get it going pretty fast with no issues at all. My daughter has been using this as well and loves it!
I'm thrilled that it's easy to store. It's compact enough I can hang it on a hook or put it up on a shelf. It doesn't take up very much room in our home gym.
Overall this is a top quality product I would recommend to anyone!
