With a family our size we peel a lot of potatoes. It takes up a lot of time even with two of us doing it. I was thrilled to get the opportunity to try this Firstchefpro Dual Julienne vegetable peeler as I'm always looking for something better and boy did I find it!
This peeler works great. When they say extra sharp they mean take skin off your fingers sharp. I know, I did it. I was able to cut potatoes in a third of the time it usually took. I felt like super peeler from a galaxy far away. I was able to peel them with easy and my hands weren't even tired or sore afterward. I can't wait to try this on apples for apple crisp. Mmmm Apple crisp.
The Firstchefpro peeler is sleek and attractive. I love the stainless steel look and the modern look and feel. The peeler is sturdy and really grips onto the food. The handle is easy to hold and doesn't slip out of my hands. Overall an excellent product.
I would recommend this to anyone who loves to cook or peels a lot of vegetables.
